About The Landing Kitchen + Bar

The Landing Kitchen + Bar is a product of a lifetime of cooking and more importantly, eating. I’ve always believed in the idea of food, wine and beer bringing people together whether it’s a great craft beer with neighbours at the end of the driveway, a family style dinner with grandparents and children or sharing a special bottle of wine with friends to mark an occasion. These moments are what make life special and bring us together as family, friends and community. That is what The Landing Kitchen + Bar is all about.

When developing the menu we wanted to share our favourite globally inspired dishes made with locally sourced foods. This allowed us a “no limits” approach to menu development with the unifying theme being a desire to capitalize on our region’s agricultural offering in season. Memorable foods, made with care by people who love food. Those who know me well know I have a story for everything, this menu is no exception – there is a story behind many of our items.

Located at the luxurious Cove Lakeside Resort on Gellatly Road, The Landing Kitchen + Bar is the only waterfront patio in West Kelowna. The views are spectacular, property beautifully manicured, service warm and welcoming. Developing The Landing Kitchen + Bar has been a lot of fun for our group, we hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
